A: Yes, if you use and take advantage of some of the many benefits available to you.

Q: I am looking to raise my companies profile locally, advertising generally doesn’t seem to have worked. As a Chamber member how can it assist me?
A: As a Chamber member you can raise your profile in many ways by:

• Attending and exhibiting at one of the monthly Chamber Networking events;
• Attending one of the many social events;
• You could offer a discount or other special benefit to other members of WKCCI.
• Advertise your services to other members by:
  • Writing an article to be included in our monthly magazine “The Business”;
  • inserting a ‘flyer’ in one of our monthly mailers;
• Your company is already advertised to many others by being in local business directories;
• Marketing opportunites – call us to discuss how we can help you market your company and your services;
• You will be included in the Chamber desk diary directory of local members;
• Sponsor an event.

Q: What type of events do the Chamber run?
A: The Chamber runs events for businesses in all sectors:

• Business Exchange Evenings are a great opportunity to enjoy an evening and network at the same time promoting your business to other members and guests. We encourage potential members to attend one of our BEE’s to see the benefits of networking. These run from 6:00 to 7:30pm with light refreshments.
• Business Networking Buffet Lunches offer members the opportunity to promote their products and services to a wide range of businesses in a comfortable environment and a relaxed atmosphere whilst enjoying good food and networking.
• Business Networking Breakfasts
• International Trade Training Workshops
• Golf Days
• Annual Charity Ball
• Garden Party
